Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

Pressing F2 when a single file is focused results in the selection buffer being cleared, and not filled with the selected file name as expected. If the selection is changed, the selection buffer still stays empty. This makes it necessary to use Ctrl-C to copy and paste file names from Nautilus to other applications.

I'm fairly sure the duplicate status is wrong. This bug deals with simply selecting the text (without pressing any keyboard shortcuts). Could be the same /cause/, of course, but the symptoms are different.
