This happens after I remove some user configuration files and start again gwibber not allow me to re-create my accounts.

Apparently it is a problem with user configuration files, rename my home folder, create a new and the problem disappeared. Prior to this, try deleting the folder .cache / gwibber but did not work. Not if it's a bug or a configuration error.
