ffmpeg -> ERROR: libtheora not found

Problem installing openshot (looks like theoraenc.h is missing in apt package)

OS. ubuntu 8.04 i686
Problem: can't build

Configuring & Building ffmpeg error message from openshot build_wizard.

ERROR: libtheora not found

ffmpeg error file.

ffmpeg/config.err (last lines)

Hi, you should not need to use the build wizard. The DEB installers should
work for ubuntu 8.04. Please take a look at this FAQ, and be sure you have
the correct version of libavformat installed:
