Does not use localized values from xslt/gettext/l10n.xml

Yelp does not use the localized values from the /usr/share/xml/gnome/xslt/gettext/l10n.xml file (part of gnome-doc-utils).

To reproduce:
Open
yelp ghelp:windows#glossary

You should see in the My Computer section links to "Control Panel" and "Printers and Faxes", hover on these and you see "Read the definition for '%s'" in English, where %s is the localized names of Control Panel and Printers and Faxes.

This string is translated in the mentioned xml file for Hungarian, yet I see it untranslated both on Karmic and Lucid. Also, the string "My Computer" is between quote tags in the source[1], the string telling what quote characters to use is translated in the same file, yet I see it between English quotes:
“Sajátgép” instead of „Sajátgép”

Addin a simple note to this. If you open Empathy help, and look at some of its topics, you will see some ofh section title not translated. Those titles are taken from the same l10n.xml file.

Last time I talked with Shaun about this (when the problem was
reported, so almost a while back), looked like the problem was only in
Ubuntu.
We should probably test with another distribution and see if the
problem occurs there too (I can probably test it with Fedora).

Yelp is 2.30 and Ubuntu is 10.04.
If I'm not wrong, the problem is still there with Maverick, but I have
to check better.

Milo Casagrande, thank you for taking the time to contribute to bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. This issue is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Maverick Meerkat.
