php-imlib fails to build

Binary package hint: php-imlib

I saw the builds were failing for 0.7-1build1. I'll attach a patch. Some stuff was declared "static" twice and other functions were undefined. It compiles fine now with this patch, but I haven't tested behaviour. I think it works. Take a look?

Thanks for taking the time to look into this. Unfortunely, your patch seems incomplete. It only contains a change to debian/changelog. Could you please regenerate it?

Took a quick look at this, seems PHP5.3's parameter API has changed a lot, porting to the new version is a fair amount of work.
