Missing dependency for "plymouth-label" breaks initrd generation

Binary package hint: plymouth

When installing plymouth with a text theme only, it'll not install plymouth-label which is required by plymouth's initramfs-tools hook script:

This bug was fixed in the package plymouth - 0.8.1-4ubuntu1

  * Don't fail if --attach-to-session is passed and /dev/pts isn't mounted
    yet, as this breaks booting without an initramfs.
  * debian/initramfs-tools/hooks/plymouth: if we don't have a default.plymouth
    link, don't try to copy the graphics support since the libs aren't needed
    and may not even be installed. LP: #554566.
