I was unexpectedly logged out of X/Gnome when performing normal web browsing operations. I was returned to the normal GDM login screen. There were no suspicious messages in /var/log/Xorg.0.log or /var/log/messages, but /var/log/syslog (attached) contained some strange GLib errors:
