cant re-add accounts

Don't ask why I did it, but I did. :-) I deleted my identi.ca account of gwibber, realising my mistake I tried to re-add it, however, once finished entering the details I click add and nothing happens. Have checked the username/password on the identi.ca website and both OK.

Is it something to do with the entries not *actually* being deleted from desktop couch? The account is still listed there:

As a test I did the same thing with my twitter account and came up with the same result: still in couchdb but not able to add to gwibber. (as a side note, all posts still display, but I guess that would also be a couchdb thing looking at the stuff in futon?)
