Bug Description

Binary package hint: mplayer

When playing a video of a sequence of png images, the colorspace is incorrectly converted, resulting in incorrect colors.

command:
mplayer mf://*.png
mplayer mf://*.png -mf type=png -vf scale,format=yv12,scale
and everything else I tried.

the same problems are present in mencoder.

This is fixed in the current snapshot of mplayer (2010-02-10)

I doubt it is still occurring, but I'm not going to try and verify. Seeing
as this bug is 3.5 years old, I'm guessing you can close it out.
