Rejecting the Lucid task; there's no indication here of what visible impact this has.
For those people who were experiencing this bug - were there any obvious symptoms of this GPU hang? Is X particularly unstable in Lucid? From bug #549735, which might be the similar, and the logs it suggests that perhaps this is something which happens while shutting down?
