new collection: only in drop down box, not in config dialog

the new config dialog has a register for "Collection"
but the register has no option to create a new collection.

You are able to create a collection, but only from the drop down box of the main window.

Wouldn't it be usefull to manage the collections from a "config dialog"?

Yes. Config dialog is unfinished (or, more accurately, barely started)

latest revisions (from revision 414) change the way collections are handled through the GUI (this is still work in progress).
that should fix that bug
