Binary package hint: libcap2

When libcap2-bin is installed, pam_cap.so does not get added.

This bug was fixed in the package libcap2 - 1:2.17-2ubuntu1

  * debian/pam-configs/capability: define pam-auth-update stanza for pam_cap.
  * debian/libcap2-bin.{dirs,install,postinst,prerm}: install pam-auth-update
