Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase

Kubuntu 9.10 64bit (desktop) & Kubuntu Netbook Remix (netbook)
Dolphin
Version 1.4
Platform KDE 4.4.1 (KDE 4.4.1)
Package: samba (2:3.4.0-3ubuntu5.5)
Both machines clean no messing with samba before.

I've wanted to share some files in my network. So I did:
sudo apt-get install kdenetwork-filesharing samba
In Dolphin I did right click on folder->Prosperities->Sharing and pressed "Configure files sharing" button.
typed my password then "simple sharing" added folder "share by samba" and "public". So it is all on defaults. I haven't changed anything.
On desktop:
- I can see Workgroup
- I can see desktop and netbook inside Workgroup
- I can browse desktop shares copy it or play it
- I can't see netbook shares "connection timeout" error
On netbook:
- I can see Workgroup
- Workgroup is empty and get "connection timeout" error

But if you go to Network->Samba and now rather then clicking Workgroup type IP manually everything works like a charm.
Why smb://IP/ works but browsing by Dolphin not?
