window controls don't scale up

Bug Description
Binary package hint: light-themes
The minimize, maximize and close buttons in each window do not scale up sufficiently when bigger fonts are used.
This is very inconvenient for people with a visual or motorial impairment. Lousy to operate these controls.
This was no issue until Ubuntu 9.10 with the Human theme.

This issue is worth for making a decision!
See attached screenshot for an example. Controls in the title bar do not scale up with the title font height. This diminishes the operability of the controls especially for impaired users. We won't drive them so easily away from the default theme, will we?
