Bug Description
I'm looking for an example of how to use the TextBuffer in pygtk - but there's no obvious way of searching in Acire to find all the snippets that use it. I have to click to each snippet and then scroll up and down looking for the function examples I want to learn from. Could a search / find / filter be added?

Absolutely agree that we need this feature before we ship a 1.0 release. I think it would be best to search the code itself and return a list of snippets that reflect your search.
My thinking is that UI wise this should be a search box at the bottom of the treeview: you type into the search box and in realtime it updates the treeview with the snippets that match your search and graying out the categories combo box.
I will take a look into this when I get some time, but if someone wants to submit a branch with this, that would be awesome too. :-)
