Bug Description

Changes in the kernel package need a newer initramfs than the declared 0.36ubuntu6 dependency. I don't know quite when they came in, but http://<email address hidden>/msg19868.html suggests 0.73e is sufficiently newer.

Actually, I think this bug was a dud: I misdiagnosed the '[: '... errors
as being the cause of my problem.

The actual issue was lvm2 userspace not supporting the sysfs layout, for
which I have since filed another bug.

Sorry for the noise !
