Bug Description

Hi,

ffmpegthumbnailer 2.0 has been uploaded to lucid, so kffmpegthumbnailer should work fine. But it's still in dep-wait, as it build-depends on libjpeg7-dev, which doesn't exist...

BTW, I think kffmpegthumbnailer shouldn't depend on ffmpegthumbnailer, it doesn't need the executable to run, only the shared lib.

This is somehow my mistake, it built properly with libjpeg7-dev at first but now it's missing. I will fix it now

  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.4, no changes
  * Remove unnecessary comments from debian/rules for clarity
  * Remove dependency on ffmpegthumbnailer, this only needs the libs
