Bug Description
Binary package hint: graphviz-cairo
dotedit, once patched as in #136450 is useful as an opener for graphviz files, but as it has no "open" dialog it does not work as a menu item.
This could be fixed in two ways:
1. The default action with no arguments could be to show an open dialog, or
2. dotedit could choose not to appear in the menu.
The attached patch provides the second solution.
