Rename libplayer1-bin in libplayer-bin

This source package provides the package "libplayer1-bin".
It contains some binaries to test libplayer1 library.

When the library libplayer1 is upgrading its major version (libplayer2 for example), the "-bin" should not be renamed in the same times (libplayer2-bin ??).
The "libplayer1-bin" package should be renamed in "libplayer-bin" because it nor relies on version 1 of the library, but on the source package itself (like libplayer-doc).
