What shortcut keys should be used for these actions?

(Also, when this is implemented don't forget to update the keybindings docs on the wiki.)

Someone (I don't remember who) suggested Ctrl+F9, if think it's a nice
choice (as long there are no convention on this of course)

I added ctrl+f9 to my code-cleanup branch:
https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~bryceharrington/gtg/code-cleanup

In the title it refers to implementing shortcuts for several things, but I'm a bit confused by the need for "opening task" and "closing task" since <enter> and <esc> do this already. Am I missing something?

Anyway, the above branch implements support for ctrl-f9 so maybe this bug can be closed once this is merged. If any other accelerators need added just let me know.
