Guigui14100,
Can you give me model information for the mp3 player in question? It may help us narrow the nature of this issue and help me direct the bug accordingly.

Thanks!

I have the same problem. A similar bug was reported some time ago, but is related to HAL (deprecated on Lucid)

We, with Martin Pitt, are tracking this bug.

The MP3 player looks like the image from this post:

Right, the CurrentDmesg attachment points out the problem, the kernel seems to "bounce" the device with lots of USB disconnects and reconnects.

The dmesg itself does not really show much beyond the device going and coming. Maybe getting a trace of the usb traffic would get us more insight: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeam/Debugging/USB#Getting%20USB%20Tracedata

I leave 3 times start and off during tracedata.

The command is not good on your page ... I have a folder "usb" before folder "usbmon"

OK, I hope that all this info will be enough. If you need more info ask me for ;)

Not sure I have the correct data to decode this. But it looks like there is a problem following the attempt to issue an ATA pass-through command. Is the same problem present when using a mainline kernel? For example the 2.6.33 from this location:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.33/ If yes, this looks like it should reported upstream.
