"Change Maintainer" link on product overview page is misnamed

Bug Description

If you have 'launchpad.Edit' permission, https://launchpad.net/$product.name (e.g. https://launchpad.net/launchpad) has a 'Change Maintainer' link. However, nowhere else in Launchpad refers to product maintainers; the link actually allows you to change the attribute labelled "Registrant" in the product details. To make things worse, the heading for the page is "Change the *owner* of..."

I think the link should be renamed to "Change Registrant".
