Wiki login page asks for Name instead of Email Address...

The Name field on the page above should be changed to Email Address. As an example I've included the Launchpad login page below.
NOTE: The Logging in instructions on the wiki login page should also be changed from "Name" to "email address".
Hopefully these changes will enable the "Mail me my account data" button to become functional as well. As it is now, if you know your username, it DOES NOT send account data.
