Hi,

It seems you are running the ubuntuone-client 1.1.1+r321-0ubuntu1~ppa1~jaunty package in Ubuntu 9.10 "Karmic Koala". Go to Software Sources and disable the PPA for that if there are any and update your system via Update Manager.

If this doesn't work for you you might need to reinstall the Karmic client for Ubuntu One. Check out this resource for uninstalling Ubuntu One client: https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-client/+faq/778

Please reply if this solves your problem.

@Severity1, I am using PPA version and it does not create any problems with OAuth for me.

@brunomulleranjos, it looks like you are having some kind of problem with authorization. Could you please try the following:
Go to https://one.ubuntu.com/account/machines/ and remove the entry for your machine. Quit the applet and syncdaemon (u1sdtool -q) and then start the applet again from terminal (ubuntuone-client-applet). If there is anything printed to the terminal then please paste it to this bug report.

The removal of the entry will trigger new OAuth handshake upon applet/syncdaemon restart, no user data will be affected.
