Unpacking qt3-doc (from .../qt3-doc_3%3a3.3.8-b-5ubuntu3_all.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/qt3-doc_3%3a3.3.8-b-5ubuntu3_all.deb (--unpack):
 corrupted filesystem tarfile - corrupted package archive
dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /var/cache/apt/archives/qt3-doc_3%3a3.3.8-b-5ubuntu3_all.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Thank you for reporting this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Can you please run

sudo apt-get clean

in a terminal and try again? This can be caused by a corrupted download of the package file. Thanks.

Problem resolved after apt-get clean, complete uninstall of the package and
install afterwards.
I guess bug should be closed now.
