Right-justify nicks so that discussion is left-justified

Bug Description
It would be nice to have nicks right-justified to a certain length (16 chars? 20?) so that the text of the discussions ends up being left-justified. See attached screenshot from xchat for one example of how it could be done, and what the result looks like. (It's a lot easier to visually scan down and read the discussions).

You are requesting more than just right-justification of the nicks. You want the IRC text to show up in a separate section of the window. That way, when it wraps, it doesn't wrap to beneath the first letter in the nick. I'd suggest making this a preference rather than the default. It wastes a bit more space (note all of the whitespace to the left of the names).
