Rhythmbox will not read from audio cd

I have just upgraded from Ubuntu9.04 to 9.10. This is the error message I get: Problem occurred without error being set. This is a bug in Rhythmbox or GStreamer.

I do not understand how to run rhythmbox as you ask. Can you please give me some instructions on how to run it as :rhythmbox --debug &> rhythmbox-debug.txt

Open a terminal an execute that command there.

Sorry do not seem to get any response typing that command into terminal. Cannot repeat bug. However, situation unchanged.Rhythmbox does not see the audio disc.
