Bug Description

I have a really annoying problem wich occured when I start playing sound while the pama applet is opened.
As you can see in the attached screenshot (before and after a new audio application is added) the new application is added at the bottom of the applet, where it should be, but the applet position isn't updated, so the new application hide my task bar (and go "outside" of the screen space), so I cannot close the applet (because I can't click in the taskbar anymore).

As you can also see, I use a bluetooth speaker "Gear4 blackbox", wich don't have an icon (same missing icon in pulse audio mixer, so this is not the bug) but the default icon cause a bad alignement with other the playback devices.

I'm here if you need more details.
Thanks

There is maybe another weird thing that can be a bug. As we can also see in the attached screenshot, there is a big blank space between the different texts in the left and the volume bars in the right.

I believe this is because in the input sources, texts are bigger and the layout is kind of the same for input and output sources...

Maybe that space could be more useful with bigger and more precise volume bars ?

Glad to hear it's working for you :)

The size of the labels and the volume slider are arbitrary values, which are defined in src/widget-settings.h. I chose them back when the audio devices had really long names (mine was "ALSA PCM on front:0 (PCM Playback) via DMA"), and they could probably do with a bit of an update.
