Preferences: Scheduled times does not work - runs all the time

Bug Description

Binary package hint: transmission

HughesNet limits daily downloads but gives unlimited download from 02:00 - 07:00 am but when I set the scheduled time under Speed in Preferences the program runs constantly once I open the program until I manually quit the program.

Could you please attach a screenshot of your "Speed" tab in the preferences dialog?

I think what's going on here is your 0 limit setting is not being honored. That particular bug has already been reported and is a duplicate of bug 473652, so it is being marked as such. Please look at the other bug report to see if there is any missing information that you can provide, or to see if there is a workaround for the bug. Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug should occur in the other report. Feel free to continue to report any other bugs you may find.

Thanks so much for the help. I am really new to the Linux system. Is there a
known timeframe for fixing the bug??
