Bug Description

Binary package hint: software-center

I was trying to install two programs of which one was near completion of the download. The system then crashed so I restarted (just doing too many things at once). After I restarted, when I try to install the same programs underneath the program name is stated <<waiting for other software managers to quit>> I am unaware of any other managers running at this time.

Cheers

The output of "ps aufx" when it happend would be helpful to know what was going on on the system. There is a automatic background check for updates.
