I can confirm that Yelp does not work with Orca. I must admit I'm dissapointed that this bug has been given "low" priority, as the blind will not be able to access the Ubuntu help system until this is fixed.

This problem is caused by yelp switching from gecko to webkit, and webkit remains non-accessible in any meaninful way. I recommend that Ubuntu downgrade yelp to the version used in Karmic until the webkit team can make significant progress.

I full absolute agree Bill comment.
Now, I must need do a downgraded package with my PPA with Karmic yelp
source and increase temporary the version number, because not have
another way to read help topics. I put this package with my PPA and
special Vinux distribution vinux/vinux-lucid repository. More people
tested my solution and not producing problem after upgrade, yelp
application is full accessible again.

I not understand why need change the Yelp version with webkit based
nonaccessible version before webkit accessibility tasks is done.
See Bill Cox letter with Ubuntu Accessibility List:
"The gnome maintainers do not recommend switching to the unstable yelp
branch and instead recommend the stable version which is still
accessible. They will only switch when webkit becomes accessible. I'll
update the bug report
but its been marked low priority.

Bill"

Please, if not big work, downgrade the actual Lucid Yelp package with
Karmic gecko based stable version until Webkit team done the
accessibility tasks.

Orca has provided support for WebKitGtk+ based Yelp for a while now. Is this bug still valid?
