consider openshot video editor

this is looking like it has great potential - the word amongst video developers is that this project may have a good future...lets keep a close eye on this one and test it out - also its based on a mlt backend which is good

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:jonoomph/openshot-edge
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install openshot openshot-docs

nah kdenlive has the edge atm as far as i see it - no point in having two mlt based editors

yeah I played with both in the last few weeks - and kdenlive is quite
more mature and stable at this point -
openshot had a lot of quirk atm - like the playback is quite easy to break !
