Right-click menu items don't work

On the right-click menu in the Project Files area, the menu items Preview File and File Properties don't do anything.

Can you try and launch OpenShot from the terminal:
$ openshot (don't include the $)

Let's see if any error messages are output when you click on those menu items.

Right-click on Preview file gives "on_mnuPreview_activate", which sounds
reasonable. But nothing more happens. Right-click on File Properties
gives nothing in the terminal.

Confirmed, you have to click on the clip recently added in order to make it work, but we should only display this menu when the clip is already selected.
