A way to update online API docs on releases

Right now the website is missing the 0.3.1 docs and there seems to be no obvious to update them. It would be nice if we had a clear cut way to do this so that it could coincide with the actual releases.

What would be a good way for you to easily do this? Right now the html docs
are just added to lp:zeitgeist-project-website, and then pulled on the
server.

Also related to this, I'd think I'd be frigging cool if we could have daily builds for the documentation of the current development release.

That may be doable now that launchpadlib has anonymous access. Will
play with it in a few days.
