MCC proprietary codecs should auto-add medibuntu key

Bug Description

When enabling the proprietary codecs in MCC, the medibuntu key should be auto-added when adding the repo instead of being a separate step. I cannot think of a reason someone would activate the repo and not want the key added. Any reason for not adding the key is negated by not being able to install any of the codecs without the key added. This is an extra step that should be streamlined.

The way the logic works currently, I think this will be difficult to attain
since the package won't be in the apt cache until the apt cache is refreshed

Testing installing CSS from the install script.

Will remove medibuntu from MCC as we may not need this repo anymore

As this version of mythbuntu-common is now available in the current development version of Ubuntu, Lucid Lynx, i'm going to close this bug report.
