Saving crashes Inkscape

Inkscape freezes as soon as I try to save a document from the file menu.
When I hit the save button in the toolbar, Inkscape does not freeze as long as the document is blank but it does not save the document eather.
I have Inkscape running on an other computer with Windows XP Professional SP3 with no problems.
I did not have this problem with the earlier version 0.46 and I did not have this problem before I reinstalled XP on this computer.

Affected Version: Inkscape 0.47 r22583, built Nov 21 2009

System: Windows XP Professional SP3
Fresh Installation (No Internet Explorer Core Components installed)
Language: German

I would like to add a crashreport but I don't know how to get one.
I downloaded minGW but cannot figure out how that is supposed to work.

This issue has already been reported in Bug #501282. Feel free to use it if you want to add a comment.

You can get additional console messages (not really a crash report...) by following the explanation in comment #4.

Don't hesitate to comment here again if you think your issue is different.
