Bug Description

We are not going to use language selector for the multi language support.

Is there any simple GUI that could be used to set the current locale?

I can't find a suitable alternative at them moment, as this might require us to come up with a solution ourselves I push this further back to gazpacho

The XFCE plugin is already installed, we just need to make it visible in the systray.
