Binary package hint: amarok
Amarok doesn't play any sound after an installation of kubuntu-desktop in Ubuntu. I verified all the volume settings and they are fine. I'm using KDE.

Did you fix this problem yourself, Jonas? The bug has been marked as invalid.
If you haven't, try switching the phonon backend between gstreamer and xine. Amarok devs tend to recommend the xine backend now, and I think gstreamer is the default. Let me know either way though.
Thanks!
