Boulder, Colorado is not included in the Locations.xml file

This isn't a bug per se, but Boulder, Colorado is not included in the Locations.xml file. Here's the missing information:

<city><name msgtxt="City in Colorado, United States">Boulder</name><coordinates>40.019444 -105.292778</coordinates><location><name>Boulder Municipal Airport</name><code>KBJC</code><zone>COZ039</zone><radar>den</radar><coordinates>40.039444 -105.225833</coordinates></location></city>

I've used this on my recently installed karmic x64 and it works fine.

This bug was fixed in the current development version of Ubuntu, Lucid Lynx. Thanks for the good work !
