Thanks for your report.

You couldn't answer to the question about the license because the installation ran in non-interactive mode. try 'dpkg-reconfigure debconf' to select a frontend other than noninteractive

Then try performing the update again. This will likely resolve your issue. If so please set the bug's status to Invalid. Thanks in advance!
