From what I've understood of your question, there is a problem with a status file. Could you please open a terminal and provide the output of the command:
$ sudo apt-get update

no the problem is when i make "update" on the following way: system - administration - update , then i get the problem. but when i make the update with the terminal than the problem is without a trace.
