Bug Description
OSD events generally display an icon along with a message. This was missing in Karmic/Lucid for xfce4-power-
This was fixed in xfce4-power-manager (0.8.4.2-1ubuntu2) lucid
Debdiff which fixes this attached to bug #455089
TEST CASE:
1. Unplug AC
2. Notice lack of icon in notification
3. Plug in AC
4. Quit xfce4-power-manager
5. Upgrade to -proposed package
6. Start xfce4-power-manager
7. Unplug AC
8. Icon should be visible in notification
