[refactor] separate GTG core from the taskbrowser

Bug Description

GTG should be an application by itself that can launch a browser and/or editors.

A running core that handle all of that should be refactorized out of the browser, which is currently the heart of the application.

I don't know if this is related to bug #336605 about multiple backends. In that sense the UI would be a special case of a read-write backend.

I don't think the idea is to use the backend subsystem with the UI. It's
more about resolving the issue that some core logic (like filtering, etc.)
are handled at the UI level, and should most certainly be included directly
in the data handling layers.
