Create package: pino 0.1.0a

Pino is Twitter client for Linux desktop. It created to be simple and fast. It written on Vala language and compiles to the native binary code. If you want new features or if you found some bugs, plesase, use Issue Tracker

To build Pino use next libraries and utilities:
