Bug Description
Some thoughts that occured during the upgrade process from Breezy to Dapper.
1. When errors occur, offer a "Retry" option.
Example: If there isn't enough disk space, offer "Retry" as an option so the user can fix the issue and then retry, rather than back out everything and starting all over again.
2. In the upgrading dialogue, break "Downloading and installing the upgrades" into "Downloading the upgrades" and "Installing the upgrades".
3. In the upgrading dialogue, offer a tickbox to prompt before proceeding with the install after downloading. Remember to advise people to close programs before actually installing (as done earlier).
(This report previously also suggested a button to "Pause" downloading of files, now reported separately as bug 145023.)

The remaining three suggestions should be split into their own bug reports too, so they can be tracked and resolved separately.
