[FTBFS]: gcc4 error static declaration of 'vsscanf' follows non-static declaration

In karmic, in building there is the following error:

win32.c:70: error: static declaration of 'vsscanf' follows non-static declaration

taking out the 'static' directive fix the error.

Is this fixed / this needs to be fixed in the current development branch first (lucid). Can we prepare against lucid and then follow the SRU process for getting this into karmic.

It is not fixed in lucid. Actually it is the same deb package.

I include the debdiff, but it seems the same than before with s/karmic/lucid/

If you want the fix to be applied to Karmic, please follow the SRU process, as stated by Stefan before.

I edited the changelog file to trim the length of each line to 80. Please remember to do it next time.
