Hi!

We would need the client log to start analyzing the problem.

Please attach here the logs, just zip you $HOME/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ folder and attach the zip here.

Thanks for your time and help!

The first time i set it up, ubuntu one connected perfectly. then, i tried to upload files, over and over and none of the files would show up. just vaporised like that. seems lost in translation, hijacked. then, few days later, it simply stopped connecting. my internet connection is perfectly fine.

Hi Mmicoe,

Looks like the client is stuck in a standoff due to network issues.

Do you can reproduce this problem?

Thanks.
