Please sync libintl-perl 1.20-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Please sync latest version as its a new upstream releasse and previous
version was a rebuild

Syncs of rebuilt packages (-buildX) shouldn't be necessary, once auto-sync runs they'll get synced until DebianImportFreeze.

This can not be synced, and is currently blacklisted. As you can see in the changelog, it uses the 3.0 (quilt) source format, which is currently unsupported by Soyuz. Don't bother re-filing this, it will get autosync'd when Soyuz has support for the new source format.
