File browser menus like preferences are not fully visible on my HP Compaq MINI 702. Menu simply too long.

Binary package hint: nautilus

I guess the problem is simple - the boxes opened by the menu like Preferences are too long. Can't see half of the menu page.

The 'error' was found in a pre-alpha of Jolicloud.

The bug is reproducible. In Jolicloud open file browser and examine Preferences.
You could consider to split the menu in to tabs.
In the screenshot, the lower part of "Preferences" are cut off.
