NEVER use /usr/local with packages!

Bug Description

FHS states more than clearly, that a package should touch the directorys under /usr/local under NO conditions and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER. This is a part of the filesystem for .tar.gz or binary installers. And I don't want any package files fooling around there, because people don't understand the purpose of this dir.

I'm very annoyed about this!

Thanks for the advice. Sorry to annoy you. =) I am not an expert on
packaging, and I'm doing my best to help people experience OpenShot. As we
move forward, I'm assuming we'll get better and better packaging
contributors, and soon we should not make mistakes like this. Hopefully.

Thanks again,
-Jonathan

I'm sorry, if this really happened by lack of knowledge. :)

Just thought I would get some kind of weird explanation now, stating why this must be like it is. Sorry again.
